Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle, passenger count and suitcase sizes. Child seats, mobility equipment and special luggage must be declared before the service. Complimentary bottled water, onboard Wi-Fi and charging facilities are available, subject to availability and network coverage.

The confirmed price includes the agreed route, applicable road tolls, airport parking when required and standard transportation charges. There are no shared passengers or scheduled intermediate stops. Additional requests are subject to advance confirmation and may incur an extra charge.

If the selected vehicle becomes unavailable for a technical or operational reason, an equivalent or higher-category vehicle may be provided without reducing the confirmed passenger capacity.

• Flight delays of 1-2 hours: rescheduling is subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability.
• Flight delays exceeding 2 hours: Travelers should claim the transfer cost from their airline.
• Additional waiting time beyond the included period, charged at €10.00 per 15-minute block.

📅 Cancellation policy: Super-flexible Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. In all cases, a cancellation fee will be charged that reflects the cost of credit processing and administrating your cancellation. This will not be more than 5% of the overall value of the reservation.
