With this private hourly chauffeur service, you control the itinerary. Your professional chauffeur and selected vehicle remain available exclusively for your group throughout the booked period.

Choose where to go, when to continue and how long to remain at each stop. Your chauffeur will collect you as close as legally and safely possible to each entrance, helping you move efficiently between appointments, meetings, restaurants, shops, attractions and events.

This option includes 20 kilometres for every hour booked:

• 2 hours — 40 km included
• 3 hours — 60 km included
• 4 hours — 80 km included
• 5 hours — 100 km included
• 6 hours — 120 km included
• 7 hours — 140 km included
• 8 hours — 160 km included

The kilometre allowance applies to the complete reservation. It does not reset at the end of each individual hour.

This service is suitable for business schedules, shopping, dining, special events, private sightseeing and any occasion requiring a chauffeur on standby.

The service is designed to begin and finish in Porto. A final drop-off outside Porto may be accommodated, but the chauffeur’s return time and distance to Porto will be charged.

This is a private chauffeur service and does not include a formally guided tour. A certified tourism guide may be arranged separately on request.

• Additional time beyond the booked duration: €50 per hour.
• Distance beyond the included mileage allowance: €1 per kilometre.
• Nighttime surcharge for service taking place after 00:00: €15 per hour.
• Return time and distance when the final drop-off is outside Porto.
• Gratuities, which are optional and left to individual discretion.

• Waiting at meetings, restaurants, shops, attractions and events counts toward the booked duration.
• The booked time begins at the confirmed pickup time.
• Delays caused by passengers do not extend the scheduled ending time.

• If the service finishes earlier than booked, the unused time is not refundable.
• The planned itinerary should be provided when booking whenever possible.
• The itinerary may be changed during the service within the available time, mileage and service area.
• Traffic, road restrictions, event closures and parking conditions may affect the number of locations that can be visited.
• The service is intended primarily for journeys and multiple stops within Porto.
• For direct travel between different cities, a private intercity transfer should be booked instead.
• If the final drop-off is outside Porto, the return time and distance to Porto will be charged at the applicable additional-time and additional-kilometre rates.
• Child safety seats are free but must be requested in advance.
• Children and infants must be included in the passenger count.
• All luggage, wheelchairs, strollers, bicycles and oversized items must be declared before booking.
• Vehicle capacity may be reduced by large luggage, child seats or special equipment.
• Personal belongings may be left inside the vehicle at the passenger’s own risk.
• Valuable items should not be left unattended.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle.
• Food and beverages other than water are not permitted inside the vehicle.
• Cleaning or repair charges may apply following spills, stains, damage or excessive soiling.
• All passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is moving.

📅 Cancellation policy: Super-flexible Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. In all cases, a cancellation fee will be charged that reflects the cost of credit processing and administrating your cancellation. This will not be more than 5% of the overall value of the reservation.
