Your day begins with private hotel pick-up in Porto, followed by a smooth drive south to Aveiro. The introduction to the city starts at the historic railway station, where the azulejo panels offer an immediate visual reading of local life, maritime work, and the traditions of the lagoon. The experience then continues at Marinha da Noeirinha, where Aveiro’s longstanding relationship with salt production and the surrounding landscape comes into focus through one of the region’s most characteristic traditions.
