    Leaving Porto, the journey unfolds towards the Beira Interior region. The first stop is Celorico da Beira, long associated with the production of Serra da Estrela cheese.     The ascent continues through Seia, one of the main gateways to Serra da Estrela, before reaching Sabugueiro, the highest village in Portugal.
